SHIPPING
- An order confirmation email and a shipment confirmation email is sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive any emails prior to your order, it is possible the incorrect email address was provided at checkout.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of purchase. This does not include weekends.
- Once you receive an email with your tracking number, please allow up to 3 days for the tracking to update. Your tracking number may take some time to update. Hair Me Please does not control the tracking link. Please give the shipment company some time to update your tracking status. If your tracking number does not update within 4 days, please contact us at hairmepleaseco@gmail.com.
- Due to Covid, the new shipping time frame is 5-7 business days.
- ALL HAIR ME PLEASE PACKAGES HAVE TO BE SIGNED FOR. 
Hair Me Please is not responsible for stolen or missing packages. Once the package has been marked as delivered, all missing package investigations and claims are to be reported to the shipping company. 
Hair Care Tips
Detangle the hair using a paddle brush or widetooth comb. Small tooth combs can pull the air out the weft, causing shedding.
When washing the hair, use a sulfatefree shampoo and conditioner.
Detangle hair before bed and wrap it up.
